In Store Returns:
We hope you love all your goodies! If for some reason you are not completely in love, you may exchange or receive a refund within 3 days of your original purchase date. 10 days for a STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Garments must be UNWORN, with ORIGINAL TAGS and ORIGINAL RECEIPT. We have the right to deny a return after the time period has lapsed.

*ALL JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, & SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. If returning SHOES, they must be in NEW CONDITION with ZERO WEAR! 

Shipping Information for Online Orders:
We process online orders within 1-2 business days and ship them to you as soon as possible. We use USPS and have a $8 ground shipping (3-5 business days) and $16 priority shipping (2-3 business day) option. If you choose ground shipping, your package will be UNINSURED! You will receive an email via mariemarcele@gmail.com once your order is shipped. With Priority you will receive a USPS tracking number with your email. 

Online Returns:
If for some reason you would like to return your items, please have your package post marked within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Make sure you pack and securely seal the box or package with the merchandise and  a copy of your original receipt in the package. Send the package insured and prepaid to the following address:

Marie & Marcele Boutique is not responsible for return shipping. When we receive your return, we will process the refund within 1-3 business days. The funds may not show back in your account for 3-5 business days depending on your banking institution. You will be notified of the refund via email!
